The SpringPark Community Center is a modern 4000 square foot multipurpose banquet and meeting facility. Rental rates are based upon your needs. Manicured lawns and flowers abound in this lush club setting. The facility boasts a complete kitchen, private meeting rooms, media room, bar area and separate dance floor. From the spacious second floor deck and patios you can enjoy the view over the rolling fields along Spring Creek.

	Parties Here is the main floor set up for our neighborhood "Cinco de Mayo" festival, sponsored by one of the SpringPark neighborhoods each spring.

	Barbecues & Picnics Our outdoor facilities include shaded picnic areas with plenty of tables, large charcoal grill, electricity, water, rest rooms. Patio areas and pool side event planning also available.
