SpringPark Facilities Public Rental Rates

The following are the daily rental fees for use of the SpringPark facility. The facility will accommodate up to 200 people.

Saturday

$1,499

Friday and Sunday

$1,099

Monday through Thursday, limited to 6 hour use

$500

Small Party Discount - $250 discount for parties of 75 or fewer persons using just one level of our facility on any day but Saturday

Barbecue, Volleyball Picnic Area

$75 for up to 20 persons.
$100 for 21 up to 50 persons.
$25 for each additional 25 persons.

Notes:

Upon reservation, all rentals require a non-refundable down payment of one half of the rental fee. Evening rentals require a SpringPark approved attendant to help supervise and secure the facility. Linens, decorations, and other materials may be rented separately. All rental fees are subject to sales tax.

Sports Club members, and SpringPark residents are entitled to facility rental discounts. Contact us for details.
